I agree. If we are to welcome additional recruits like the one you describe, we need to formalize Radiant training as part of our process. Reyna will want to lead the program. This is a mistake. Her philosophies are too dangerous for new recruits.
I would be honored to helm this effort. I have already started work on a proposal.
