Announcer

The Announcer informs players and spectators of key events occurring in game. VALORANT has two Announcers; a Standard announcer used in most game modes and a Max Bot announcer used for Team Deathmatch.

The standard usual announcer is voiced by Cynthia Kaye McWilliams, who has also worked with Riot Games as the voice of League of Legends champion Senna.

The alternate version of this annnouncer was added in patch v11.06 that occasionally plays during certain events. It was revealed to be Veto eventually and upon his release, these voice lines were removed.

Max Bot

Team Deathmatch uses Max Bot as its announcer, representing the events within the lore when Max Bot took his revenge on the agents of the VALORANT Protocol by hijacking their teleporter, making it transport any users into simulated environments created by Max Bot where they would be forced to fight in combat scenarios. These simulated environments, referred to by Max Bot as the "Danger Dome", are the maps players fight on.

Max Bot is voiced by Phil Dunster.
