Cascade is a removed ability formerly used by Harbor. Part of his original launch kit, it was replaced as a basic ability of Harbor's by Storm Surge in his v11.10 rework.

Description[]

EQUIP a wave of water. FIRE to send the wave rolling forward and through walls. RE-USE to stop the wave. Players hit are Slowed.

Cascade was a Vision Blocker ability that Harbor must equip before casting. On cast, he would send a tall wave of water forward as a grounded object that can pass through terrain. The wave was comprised of several chunks. Each chunk of the wave could rise or fall independently as it reacts to changes in altitude but could not rise above or fall below certain values beyond its current altitude, and would either pass through terrain too high or stay at its current altitude in the air until encountering terrain within its range to react to.

At a maximum travel distance, or upon re-activation, the wave would stop moving and remain in place for a short duration. Any agent who came into contact with the wave at any point would be briefly slowed.
