Summary
Dismiss is a Signature Ability for Reyna.
Consume a nearby Soul Orb to become invincible and fast while having weapons stowed, allowing Reyna to rush out or soak up danger.
Dismiss lasts 2 seconds and can be ended early with the ability key.

Shares charges with Devour at 200 credits each, up to 2 charges. One free charge is generated at the start of each round, up to the limit.
If an enemy damaged by Reyna is killed within 3 seconds by another player/stimuli then a Soul Orb will be dropped, allowing her to Devour or Dismiss. - Added in Patch 2.03
(Before Patch 2.03 Devour and Dismiss were 100 credits each and had 4 shared charges instead of 2.)
