Evolution is an Empowerment ability that Veto can instantly use. On cast, he will channel for a brief duration before mutating, changing his appearance and surrounding him with blue VFX.
While under the effects of Evolution, Veto has Combat Stim as well as regeneration and immunity.
Evolution lasts indefinitely until Veto is killed or the round ends.
