Kingdom Corporation (also known as Kingdom Co.) is an organization in the world of VALORANT from Alpha Earth.
Arguably the biggest organization on Alpha, Kingdom seeks to harness the power of radianite. By doing so, they have been able to make huge scientific advancements, including new methods for how the planet produces its energy. Their growing global influence however has been met with resistance by some of Alpha's citizens who feel the corporation doesn't truly have everyone's best interests at heart.
History[]

After the organization first discovered radianite around 0 YFL, Kingdom Corporation was able to use it to produce an immense amount of energy, and would end up producing enough to provide for three quarter's of Alpha's energy needs. This made the organization extremely successful, and their brand has expanded further outside of the energy sector to create many subsidiaries over several other industries, from clothing to firearms (see Organizations: Kingdom Corporation). Well-known employees of the company during this time included Sabine Callas, a member of the board of advisors who served as its Chief Scientific Officer, Liam Byrne, a veteran of Kingdom's K-SEC branch, and Klara Böhringer, who was the lead for Kingdom's R&D department at just 18 years old.[1]
However, as Kingdom's influence grew across the globe, some communities resisted, considering their expansions an infestation to their homes instead. For many Kingdom sites, protest posters and statements could often be found nearby. In some cases, local communities have even been able to force Kingdom out of their homes. An example of such occurred in Salvador, Brazil, where the corporation had to abandon their plots after facing resistance from residents such as Tayane Alves. Just after an incident in Venice, the world reacted harshly towards Kingdom after it was speculated that radianite had been involved. The company saw its largest single-day stock drop in its history, and it had to release a statement reassuring the world that radianite was beyond safe. The corporation's CEO was also brought into the conversation, though it is unknown whether this was just the media speculating about them or whether they actually got involved in the aftermath themselves.[1]
The company also came under scrutiny after the Everett-Linde disaster when family members of the employees who worked there started asking questions.[2]
Project Landfall[]
Landfall was a K-SEC project based at a Kingdom West facility in Los Angeles. One of its main goals is known to be aimed at "aiding and assisting the people of Venice", and its operations involve dealings with an "interverse" as well as having use for some peculiar creatures known as "radivores". Little is known about Landfall by those outside the project, even within most of Kingdom itself, but speculation from outside the project has caught on to its links to Italy, and local residents have been reporting "weird things" happening nearby at associated facilities, such as radivore sightings and unusually large sounds. Whilst kept as an eyes-only project, Landfall required a large amount of hard-working staff, resulting in personnel drains from multiple Kingdom divisions. Some employees who worked on Landfall were described as diehards who were completely committed to the cause, with other Kingdom employees comparing them to a cult that was more scary than the presence of the interverse itself.[3][4][5]
While Landfall had high expectations to remain on a fixed schedule, the project soon began running into disruptions. When a young local man managed to break into the LA facility and steal some of the radivores related to the project, K-SEC attempted to cover things up by saying it had only been a company red cell testing security, but their need to rescan employee biometrics and reset badges after the incident meant staff weren't easily fooled. While the company continued to search for their stolen goods, Kingdom's board was assured that contingent protocols were ready, with Landfall still remaining on schedule and now receiving additional resources and funding. However, further disruption then occurred due to a disaster in Svalbard after a radivore being held there broke free from containment, killing a scientist and most of his security escort, with one more of them having disappeared completely, and the loss of the radivore itself, which Kingdom had wanted to ship over to LA. With failures being blamed on inadequate containment units, Kingdom struggled to get revised builds in place to prevent more radivores in their possession from escaping. Lives of employees working on research related to the project then also came under risk when an assassin known as the "Dead Lilac" started targeting them.[3][4][6][7][8]
Not long after the events in Svalbard, one worker then got a message from their old K-SEC partner and renowned veteran Liam Byrne, suddenly demanding that Landfall needed to be shut down entirely, though they paid no attention to his warnings. Soon after that, a mysterious armed group of agents forced their way into the Los Angeles facility and sabotaged the portal, causing it to explode. The aftermath of the attack left a scene of ruin that resulted in a massive sinkhole appearing in the facility's car park, collapsing into the underground room where the portal was located. With the portal destroyed and Landfall's leadership having inexplicably gone missing afterwards, the project was subsequently forced to be abandoned.[9]

Kingdom Industries[]

Kingdom Industries is the Omega counterpart to Kingdom Corporation from Omega Earth.
At some point the two organizations were able to make contact with each other and set up the Everett-Linde Research Lab together. Despite this partnership, the two Kingdoms were not very trustful of each other and had strict protocols in place to prevent the sharing of any information that wasn't approved to be shared. Their venture appeared to have ended after the lab's Radian Collider was destroyed by snipers, resulting in an explosion that killed many of the facility's workers.

Gameplay[]
The spike and the defuser are both branded with the Kingdom 'K' logo.
Some maps are set in locations that are important to Kingdom:
- Ascent - Contains a Kingdom building that sells tickets to something, possibly a museum (based on the names of Environment files for Ascent within VALORANT's game files, though file names aren't necessarily canon).
- Bind - Location of a Kingdom Radianite Refinery, whose facilities include a laboratory and a reactor.
- Breeze - Crash site for one of their container ships, the Meridian, which is beached and broken into large pieces.
- Meridian's cargo includes Kingdom-branded containers, computers, and servers, as well as a triangular teleporter.
- Meridian is attached to a system that is pumping liquid radianite onto the ship.
- Fracture - Location of the Everett-Linde Research Lab, where the organization worked alongside Omega's Kingdom Industries.
- Haven - Location of a temple that was taken by Kingdom and repurposed as a Radianite crate storage facility.
- Icebox - Location of the S22 container port operated by Kingdom's shipping company and a Kingdom boat, mounted with guns and a container storage area above deck.
- Split - Location of Kingdom's headquarters, a massive skyscraper overlooking the entire map from behind Defender spawn, and Kingdom Plaza (プラザ), a building shown to be under construction that makes up A Tower.
- The train station and train network that uses it is operated by Kingdom.
- Sunset - Location of a Kingdom West facility and Transpo Center.
