Gifting screen
Gifting[1] is a feature in VALORANT introduced in patch v10.08 where players can send or receive cosmetics as gifts to or from other players in their friends list.
Summary[]
To access Gifting, the player first has to choose a current featured bundle in the Featured Store. From the bundle at the bottom right, the player can then decide whether to gift the entire bundle contents or an individual item from it (excluding bundle-only capsules). The player will then be prompted to select a gift recipient. Upon sending the gift, the giftee will then decide whether to accept or reject the gift from the gifter.
If the receiving player accepts the gift, it will permanently belong to them in their Collection; if they reject or not respond for 60 days, the gift issued by the sender will be issued a refund for their VALORANT Points spent back to them. Once a gift has been accepted, items cannot be refunded for both the gifter and giftees (unless required by region's laws).
Requirements and Limits[]
The player sending gifts:
- must be at least level 15
- can only send up to 10 gifts a day
The player receiving gifts:
- must not already own the item (the player sending gifts will be able to know if the giftee already has that item - the price will be reduced for bundle purchases)
Both players:
- must not be permanently banned
- must be friends for at least one week
- must be on the same game shard and/or region:
- Within game shards (players can only send gifts within their shards):
- Southeast Asia/Asia-Pacific (AP)
- Europe (EU)
- Korea (KR)
- Latin America (LATAM)
- Brazil (BR)
- North America (NA)
- Within specific regions (these regions can only gift within their countries but not outside of them):
- Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam (players in these regions within this bullet point can gift to each other but not to players outside of these regions)
- e.g. A player in Philippines can gift to a player in Vietnam or Philippines, but not to a player in Russia or Malaysia
- Turkey
- Russia
- Ukraine
- Iran
- Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam (players in these regions within this bullet point can gift to each other but not to players outside of these regions)

Items to Gift[]
Currently, only items within the featured bundles in the Featured Store can be gifted. The devs have planned on adding more options in the unforeseeable future.
