Nova Pulse is a basic ability for Astra.
Description[]
Nova Pulse is a Crowd Control ability that Astra can instantly activate by targeting a Star that she has placed on the map. A Nova Pulse will form on activation, winding up for a brief delay before exploding, concussing any agents within its radius.
