Omega Earth

The Omega Earth (also known as Mirror Earth or Earth 2) is an alternate version of Alpha Earth.

Described as a world on the brink of total climate collapse, Omega VALORANT agents have been known to lead assaults on Alpha in an attempt to steal their radianite. Other organizations from Omega have also been able to make contact with their Alpha counterparts.^[1]

Climate collapse[]

After the events of First Light, Omega's climate began to collapse. On the Portuguese coast, sea levels were beginning to rise so high that they were on track to completely submerge coastal cities far beneath the ocean surface. In order to save them, Kingdom Industries and the VALORANT Legion worked to encase several settlements in geo-domes, keeping them habitable as the Atlantic eventually rose far above them. Citizens would go on to celebrate this moment of salvation on Sanctuary Days.

Everett-Linde[]

At some point Kingdom Industries was secretly able to make contact with their Alpha counterpart, Kingdom Corporation. The two organizations set up the Everett-Linde research lab in Santa Fe County, USA, Alpha Earth, with the aim of collaborating together on research that, for Omega, could help save their world from the issues it was facing. This research included the construction of a Large Radian Collider, which was said to be able to do a lot of good for both Alpha and Omega. However, the collider was destroyed the day it was meant to be launched, killing most of the lab's staff and leaving the site in ruins.

VALORANT Legion[]

In more recent years, the VALORANT Legion has been sending agents to Alpha with spikes to steal their radianite, which Omega would use to power some of their life support systems. Their first attack (at least to the public knowledge of Alpha citizens) on α-Venice was successful, but further attacks in places such as α-Rabat and α-Los Angeles have been prevented by the VALORANT Protocol.

Technology[]

Alpha-Omega teleporter: Omega's Kingdom Industries used these teleporters to transport its employees to and from the Everett-Linde Research Lab, though it appears they were not willing to share this technology with their counterpart, Kingdom Corporation.

Legion Teleporter — A teleporter used by the VALORANT Legion

VALORANT Legion teleporter: The VALORANT Legion has its own transportation method, though unlike Alpha-Omega teleporters they do not appear to need dedicated structures to house them. They have been seen to transport passengers to an unknown alternate dimension, and they can also materialize within Alpha's dimension.

Shattered Lisbon Garden — A geo-dome protecting a district of Lisbon

Geo-dome: Made of radianite-infused polycarbonate, geo-domes are used to protect settlements under threat from being submerged. One dome can span an entire city. Nearby geo-domes are connected to each other using train and tram routes, which also have routes to the surface. It's expected that these routes are what would be used in the event of having to evacuate a dome's inhabitants in an emergency.^[1]^[2]
Aquaponics stations: Set up in left-over waters within a geo-dome after they have been desalinated, these systems produce crops for the dome's inhabitants.^[3]

Western Ghats, India- The location of the City of Flowers, a lost city of the Guardians.
Unknown island which serves as the location of VALORANT Legion HQ.

Locations marked with a Teleporter icon are known to exist from a list of destinations that Omega employees at the Everett-Linde Research Facility on Alpha Earth were able travel to when returning home through the Teleporter Terminal. Lisbon was another destination, with its arrival portal located in the Pearl District Geo-Dome.
