Player Cards interface, where the titles to equip are located at the bottom right of it.
Player Titles are a type of cosmetic in VALORANT. They are the titles shown beneath everyone's in-game name while in the lobby, in their friends list when the player is online (stylized in all-caps), while in the game loading screen and on the player's profile that an enemy sees when they are killed by them.
To access the inventory of player titles, the player has to access their Player Cards via Collection to view. The title selection is then located at the bottom right of it.
There are currently 296 different player titles.

Collection Bundles[]
Standard collection bundles do not contain any player titles, however, very occasionally, they may contain them. Some are available to be obtained on their own by individual unlock for 
200, with some of these being available for free instead. Other titles must be purchased as part of the entire bundle, thus losing the opportunity to purchase the player title individually (excluding countries with laws against bundle-only purchases).

VALORANT's Act Battle Passes have a free track that rewards all players for completing chapters, with player titles being some of those rewards. Every pass has titles that unlock at chapters 1, 3, and 7 (i.e. tiers 5, 15 and 35). Kingdom Credits can also be used to unlock when player titles appear as part of the weekly set of four offers available in Accessory Store.
