I met with Cypher and Omen earlier to go over the Hourglass archives, or what's left of them. Cypher explained how their system failsafes wiped all the personnel files, and how the physical servers here were damaged during the firefight. Omen took the news poorly, as you predicted.
I left him with his thoughts after the meeting. I think it's what he wanted.

I just got back from Abyss, and man... something got my crew super spooked. We were mapping the ventilation ducts, like you asked, when Wingman found a sealed system heading east. We started exploring, and... it got cold, Brim. Swear I heard breathing, too. I cut the mission short. We're gonna chill here for a bit, k? Could use a break.

These Scions of Hourglass file protections are slowly coming undone. We have uncovered coordinates for two more Hourglass facilities, with both functioning as logistical satellites for Abyss. More sand for the hourglass, yes?

I completed my analysis of the alloy we recovered from the damaged containment unit. It's strange. Carbon based, but infused with incredible amounts of radianite. It seems the anodization is a by-product of rapid phase change, and it's rendered inert when exposed to extreme cold.
That explains the liquid nitrogen. I'll let you know more as I find out more details.

Per my last email: Cypher has located all remaining remote users. They continue to underestimate us, refusing to cut their connections. A bold mistake. I acknowledge your desire to wait for a more optimal opening, but I must object. I've spent far too long waiting.

Just finished knocking around each access point. She's real sturdy. Once Cypher and Deadlock work their magic we can cut back on stationed agents. No Scion's getting back in.
So, just Omega to worry about, but they make plenty of noise.
