Trivia[]

  • The collection is inspired by the deities of ancient Egypt and its name translates to "Immortality" from Arabic.[1]
    • The skins use lots of gold, red, and jade due to their significance to ancient Egypt; gold was associated with the sun, red was associated with the setting sun and twilight, and jade was associated with immortality and life after death. Each weapon is also themed after an Egyptian deity, specifically those who have associations with war, protection, and vanquishing enemies:[1]
      • Frenzy: The cat goddess Bastet, who was a symbol of strength and power
        • The gun's trigger resembles one of her claws
      • Spectre: Wadjet, the cobra goddess and protector of Lower Egypt
        • The gun's hilt resembles the tail of a cobra
      • Phantom: Horus, the falcon god of the sky
        • The gun's hilt resembles his feathers
      • Vandal: Anubis, the jackal god of the dead
        • The gun's hilt represents his feet and hands
      • Melee: Serket, the scorpion goddess of protection
        • The blade represents the tail of a scorpion striking down its target
