Special Delivery is a Crowd Control ability that Tejo must equip before casting. On cast, he will launch a sticky grenade as a projectile that will impact with any surface. Tejo can use Alt Fire to add an additional bounce to the grenade. If the projectile has not impacted the required amount of surfaces after a certain amount of time, it will disappear.
On final impact, a concussive zone will form around the impact point, also going through terrain. The stun will activate after a brief delay and affect all agents in its radius.
