Undercut is primarily a Cripple ability that Iso must equip before casting. On cast, he throws forward a molecular bolt as a missile that can pass through terrain. Any agent that is hit by the bolt will be inflicted with Vulnerable and Suppress. Agents will see a warning VFX appear on their screen if they are standing in an area the bolt will pass through, even if the projectile has already passed through them.
