The VALORANT Legion is a publicly-celebrated operation from Omega Earth consisting of agents from all around the globe. Their missions have included traveling to Alpha Earth in order to take their radianite for themselves and Omega.
History[]
Initially, like their Alpha counterparts, the VALORANT Legion's agents were not known to Omega's population. However, due to the visible actions of their work against Alpha, their existence become more widely known, now becoming celebrated heroes of Omega. Statues and murals have been created to honor some of the agents and the Legion also has a lot of merchandise themed around them available for purchase. This merchandise includes some comics, though to what extent each one is either a fictional story inspired by the agents or a more accurate showing of a real mission they went on is not known. There is even a Legion-themed convention on Omega called "VAL-CON", featuring cosplayers, movie showings, and limited edition goods. There are also special guest appearances, though Legion agents do not participate in this.[1][2]
The Legion's main activities have been to send to Alpha with spikes and steal their radianite for Omega to use. Initially sending operatives on solo missions, they began to work with strike teams in order to match the VALORANT Protocol, after the Protocol began sending their own teams to prevent VL's spike detonations. The VALORANT Legion has also helped out with issues on their home Earth, such as working with Kingdom Industries to construct city-wide geo-domes for settlements that were being threatened by rising sea levels on the Portuguese coast.
While it appears that both Legion and the Protocol mirror each other's agent register, with no known case yet of an agent unique to one VALORANT organization with no Alpha/Omega counterpart to be hired by the other, the divide and differences caused by First Light between the two Earths has resulted in some operational differences, such as the order in which agents have been recruited. Ω-Sage is known to be Agent 10 for Legion, in contrast to her Alpha counterpart being Agent 07 for the Protocol.[3]

Targeting her in an alley outside the restaurant α-Jett worked at, Jett was only able to shoot her below the shoulder. In the ensuing fight, a freak storm was caused as a result of the wind-powered abilities of the two Jetts that all but destroyed the restaurant. The perpetrator of the α-Venice attack, she was chased down by α-Phoenix but was eventually able to "kill" him and detonate a spike before he could revive himself. Joining other Legion agents for another attack on the α-S22 container port, she was shot by α-Yoru as she tried to defend the spike during its detonation sequence. Surviving the first hit, she was finally killed by α-Yoru when she attempted to kill α-Phoenix from behind, the latter surviving once again due to his revival powers. Jett herself was later resurrected. Before being alerted about Protocol agents approaching the City of Flowers, she was on a night out with Ω-Killjoy and Ω-Raze in Seoul. All three of them received the call to action and were there to confront the Alpha intruders when they arrived at the city. She would later return to the ruins of α-Venice with Ω-Viper, where she was confronted personally by α-Jett. |
